Free primary education program increased school enrollments in primary schools, therefore, increasing the pressure on the available resources and provision of learning materials hence leading to classroom congestion and poor pupils' exam grades, In a bid to ensure pupils have a conducive learning environment and improve their performance, the program is supporting schools by ensuring learners have a clean and conducive environment for learning through construction and Renovation of classrooms and learning materials.
