Our Journey

From humble beginnings to a force for change across multiple counties, our journey is one of collaboration, resilience, and unwavering commitment to community transformation.

Building a Legacy of Hope Since 2017

Ewangan Child Development Programme (Ewangan-CDP) emerged from the strategic merger of four community-based organizations operating in Kajiado and Narok Counties. Recognizing the power of unity, these organizations joined forces to create a stronger, more impactful entity.

Today, Ewangan-CDP operates in partnership with key government departments at both national and county levels, implementing comprehensive programs in health, education, household economic empowerment, WASH capacity building, emergency response, and child protection.

Our Vision in Action: We create an enabling environment where children and youth can develop to their full potential. Each year, we serve a target population of 52,359 to 100,000 individuals, creating sustainable pathways out of poverty through education, empowerment, and community development.

The core principles that guide our work and define our aspirations for the communities we serve.

Our Mission

We achieve this through collaborative partnerships, evidence-based interventions, and a commitment to empowering communities to become architects of their own transformation. Our approach recognizes that sustainable development requires addressing the interconnected challenges of poverty, education, health, and economic opportunity.

Our Vision
